Therefore, the construction of open and closed car parks in residential areas with heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic has become a mandatory task. For this, it is planned to demolish some of the old schools, which do not even have playgrounds and have completed their economic life, and reconstruct some of them by moving to other places within the scope of the education campus project, and building multi-storey car parks in place of these old schools. In addition, some zoning islands will be emptied through barter and multi-storey car parks will be built.
